About the Program
At Jabit Soft, we believe the best way to learn is by doing. Our Internship Program gives students and fresh graduates a chance to work on real client projects — not simulations — under the guidance of our in-house team. Whether your interest lies in development, design, content, marketing, or HR, you’ll get a front-row seat to how a growing software agency actually operates.
Who Can Apply
- Students in their final year, or recent graduates, from any relevant background.
- Anyone with a genuine interest in tech, design, content, marketing, or people operations — degree not mandatory if your work speaks for itself.
- No prior professional experience needed. We care more about curiosity and consistency than a polished resume.
What You'll Actually Do
- Get paired with a mentor and plugged into a live project from week one.
- Sit in on real client calls, sprint planning, and design reviews — not just watch, but contribute.
- Own small, well-defined pieces of work end-to-end, with feedback loops built in.
- Learn the tools and workflows our team uses daily — not just theory.
What We're Looking For
- A willingness to ask questions and take feedback well.
- Basic comfort with your chosen domain’s fundamentals (code, design tools, writing, spreadsheets — whatever applies).
- Reliability — showing up, meeting deadlines, communicating when you’re stuck.
- Curiosity that goes beyond the assigned task.
