Our client is Koala Living thriving to improve business efficiency and gain profitability through its high-quality ERP solutions and POS software. Their services are aimed at selling furniture products throughout Australia. The client also offers multiple features but not with the advanced features that users demand nowadays. So they decided to develop an integrated business software that provides a consolidated view of information scattered across different departments with the help of Jabit Soft.

Key Challenges Faced by Koala Living

Koala Living faced difficulty in handling its diverse range of furniture throughout Australia. The challenge was to make sure they always had enough products available with little or no in stock.

Inventory Module:

Use this module to organize all your inventories, keep track of matrices, and assemble, or out-of-stock items. Businesses can efficiently manage inventory, access detailed information, print item barcodes, create new items, obtain warehouse details, set item prices, adjust stock, and generate inventory-related reports. This module ensures proper management of items used in the sales and purchase module.

Purchase Module:

Efficiently track and manage vendor details, purchase quotations, orders, invoices, returns, item costs, letters of credit, and related reports. This module handles vendors, purchases, and returns to and from the vendor, impacting inventory item stock, banks, and accounts.

Sales Module:

Simplify sales information meticulously, covering data from customer details, sales quotations, orders, invoices, returns, point of sales, and related reports. This module also allows the handling of sales and return items.

Point of Sale (POS) Module:

Sell items directly from the warehouse using the Point of Sale module. This module updates inventory items and generates useful vouchers.

Integrated ERP System:

Jabit Soft built an ERP system that brings together different parts of Koala Living’s business, like buying, managing stock, selling, and dealing with customers. This made it easier for Koala Living to see everything that was happening and make smart decisions.
